Saturday Practice

Rise and shine! Six a.m. and its a groggy start.  I roll out of bed and start The Five Tibetan Rites (checkout the video) and just breathed in the moment.   I think how wonderful the human form is.  So forgiving, strong and yet sensitive.  Today is about balance and strength.   Balance to help support not only the physical demands of our day, but the emotional challenges we  encounter with others.  Strength to counter forceful urges to react negatively, and to seek  the  path  less traveled to find Self.  This is a good day to take time for yourself.  Reflect and recharge.  Namaste....
