What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient health system, a way that incorporates your total being. For many centuries, this system has been an integral component for better health, vitality, mental prowess, and longevity.
Yoga has been a long-standing method in holistic health. It is a tool that bridges the union of mind, body, and spirit. As a result, we have the opportunity to become more focused, integrated, healthy and happy.
Yaya Yoga incorporates Hatha–gentle, strength & balance, chair, and restorative. Aspects of Qigong, TaiChi, Thai Yoga, and nutrition are integrated as well. Yaya also teaches asana Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and incorporates Ayurvedic (striving for integral balance) wisdom as part of a true yoga lifestyle.
